1. How do I schedule my exam?
For Insurance Exams: To schedule your exam you need to contact Pearson Vue (formerly Promissor) at least 7-10 days in advance of the date you would like to take your insurance exam. You can register by calling Pearson Vue's registration line at 800-274-2616. They will ask you for our "provider number" or "school code". That # is 50275. Pearson Vue has insurance testing locations in Colorado Springs, Durango, Grand Junction, Greeley, Greenwood Village, Pueblo and Wheat Ridge (maps to the test centers). Exams are given Tuesday through Saturday at various times throughout the day. Don't forget to bring your certificate of pre-licensing course completion with you to the testing center.
For Securities Exams: To schedule your securities exam you need to contact either Thomson Prometric at 800-578-6273 (www.prometric.com) or Pearson at 866-396-6273 (www.pearsonvue.com).

4. What are your study materials formatted like?
We publish all of our own study material in the form of exam specific text books with hundreds of practice questions. We also publish CD-Rom exam simulation computer programs, Audio CD tutorials, and test topic instructional DVD videos for most of our programs. 6. How many questions are going to be on my exam and what is the passing score?All licensing exams are multiple choice and are given on computer. Most of the exams listed below will also include an additional 5 pre-test questions on top of the number of questions listed below. The number of questions listed below are the number of questions you will be graded on. The pre-test questions are experimental questions and do not count against the time you have to take your exam and do not count for or against your score. You will not know which questions the pre-test questions are.

7. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, business checks, cashiers checks and money orders. We do not accept personal checks!
8. How do I purchase materials and/or register for class?
You can purchase materials and/or register for class by calling 303-432-3547 or toll free 888-282-PASS(7277) Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm or you can register online at http://www.testraining.com/.
9. How do I obtain my materials?
We ship our course materials via UPS to either a residential or business address. UPS guarantees shipments to arrive by the end of the next business day within Colorado ($10 fee). UPS will not ship to a PO Box. You may also pick your material up in our Lakewood office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
10. Should I obtain my study material prior to attending my lecture class?
Yes! We highly recommend pre-studying the text materials prior to attending your lecture class.
11. Do I have to attend a lecture class prior to taking my exam?
No! You can purchase any of our study materials to study on your own without attending any portion of a lecture class. If you register to study the materials on your own (home study), you also have the option to attend a lecture class by paying the difference in tuition. You have a six month period, starting the date of your registration, in which you can upgrade to the class.
12. Is there a deadline for enrollment for your lecture classes?
No! We register students up to the day of class for any of our classes. Also, once you register you have a six month window, in which, you can attend the class in any one of our three classroom locations multiple times, without having to pay an additional fee. If a student wishes to continue to attend a class beyond their six month registration window another registration fee would be due.
13. What is the total cost involved to obtain my insurance license?
Cost of study materials/lecture class with the school range from $129 to $199 Cost of the state exam is $73 (for most exams)
State Licensing fee is $142
14. Where do I go, and what do I need to obtain my insurance license?
Once you have passed your exam, you may apply for your license on-line. Full instructions will be giving to you upon passing your examination.
